This sounds and looks like a promising hiring platform, in particular for jobs that are strongly male-dominated:

In order to do this, recruiters set specific criteria before launching their job postings or other recruitment activity.
When they screen candidates (anonymised profiles), the software reminds them of their criteria initially set.
In an experiment, researchers found out that committing to certain criteria helped reduce discrimination.
In the end, it will still be the hiring manager’s decision, not the tool’s.
For what it’s worth – but it is good to keep a human touch in the hiring process.
